Why I started Surrogate Wellness Collective
Evidenced Based Movement and Pelvic Health
I co-founded Surrogate Wellness Collective because we saw a critical gap in maternal care for surrogates. Surrogacy is a profound gift, yet the unique physical needs of surrogates are often overlooked. My mission is to honor that gift by providing care that not only protects the surrogate’s body, but also creates measurable benefits for the baby.
By focusing on exercise during pregnancy and postpartum, we support surrogates with strength, mobility, and pelvic floor health while optimizing outcomes for the babies they carry. This continuity of care ensures surrogates feel supported throughout their journey and beyond delivery.
